‘Housefull 5’ Releases Peppy New Song ‘Qayamat’ Ahead of June Premiere

The upbeat track, set on a luxury cruise ship, sets the stage for the franchise’s latest comedy extravaganza as the makers gear up for the trailer launch on May 27.

Mumbai, May 24 – The buzz around the much-awaited film Housefull 5 has reached new heights with the release of its peppy new song, “Qayamat.” Sung by Neeraj Shridhar and Shruti Dhasmana, with lyrics by SOM and vibrant choreography by Adil Shaikh, the track is already turning heads for its catchy beats and stunning visuals.

Set against the backdrop of a luxurious cruise, “Qayamat” oozes flair and elegance, showcasing the star-studded cast having a blast on the deck dressed in coordinated white outfits. The breezy setting and stylish choreography promise an unforgettable cinematic experience.

The makers dropped the teaser for Housefull 5 last month, giving fans a glimpse of the franchise’s signature slapstick humor set on a lavish cruise ship. This time, there’s also a hint of mystery, with a masked figure teased as part of the narrative twist.

The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner and directed by Tarun Mansukhani, boasts an ensemble cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir.

Music for the film is presented by T-Series, further adding to the anticipation. The official trailer is set to drop on May 27, with the film scheduled for a global theatrical release on June 6, 2025.

Housefull 5 marks a significant milestone in Indian cinema, as it becomes the first franchise to boast five installments. The first Housefull film, released in 2010, was a box office hit, followed by the successful sequel Housefull 2 in 2012. Both were helmed by Sajid Khan, laying the foundation for the franchise’s enduring popularity.

With “Qayamat” now out and the trailer launch just days away, fans are gearing up for another wild, laughter-filled ride aboard Housefull 5.
