On Thursday, July 10, the fashion designer and former Spice Girl shared a heartwarming Instagram carousel filled with throwback photos and video clips that traced Harper’s journey from the womb to her teenage years.
The touching montage included everything from Harper as a toddler trying on Victoria’s high heels, to her ballet performances, flute playing, and a school-uniformed sing-along to Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe.”

“Happy birthday to my world,” Victoria, 51, wrote in an emotional caption. “You are my everything and I’m so proud of the strong, confident, kind, and talented young lady you are becoming. You’re my best friend and I’m so lucky I get to be your mummy.”
She also tagged husband David Beckham, 50, who first revealed they were expecting a daughter during an LA Galaxy event in 2011. Famous friends like Kim Kardashian and Helena Christensen chimed in with birthday wishes in the comments.
