“I Cried the Whole Day”: Allu Arjun’s Childhood Heartbreak Over His Crush Sridevi

“I had a huge crush on Sridevi. I loved her so much that I couldn’t see anyone else like her. When I came to know that she got married to Boney Kapoor, I cried the whole day. I couldn’t believe it,” Allu Arjun recalled in an old interview.

For the actor, it wasn’t just a childhood fancy. While Sridevi was a dream girl to many boys of his generation, for Allu Arjun, the admiration ran deep. Her screen presence, charm, and unparalleled talent made a lasting impact on the young star-in-the-making.

She is survived by her husband, Boney Kapoor, and daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, both of whom are now part of the film industry.
