Inside Arshad Warsi's Dreamy 150-Year-Old Portuguese Villa in Goa—Now on Rent for This Much Per Day
Goa, May 5, 2025 — Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has opened the doors—virtually and literally—to his 150-year-old Portuguese bungalow in Saligao, North Goa. The restored heritage home, called Casa Zen, is now available for vacation stays at ₹75,000 per night, and is managed by Wildflower Villas.

In a heartfelt Instagram video, Arshad took fans on a tour of the two-storey villa, showcasing its white-and-earth-toned façade, sprawling garden, vintage furniture, and eclectic interiors.
The five-bedroom villa boasts high ceilings, expansive wooden windows, colourful flooring, and jungle-themed décor. A large swimming pool surrounded by greenery and massive ceramic planters forms the centrepiece of the outdoor space.

Inside, the home is dotted with bold colours, quirky art pieces, figures, and lush indoor plants, with solar panels added to support sustainable living.
“Every day, there’s a new place to chill. I just can’t get enough of this beautiful house in Goa,” Warsi said in the video.
The dining area features jungle-themed wallpaper, while one corridor is adorned with a bright blue and gold cabinet. Bedrooms are minimalist yet vibrant, with cream and white walls offset by modern lighting.
The actor also showed off the lush mango tree in his garden, reflecting his deep appreciation for nature.
“It’s time to sit here and relax and thank my stars,” he said, adding a heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to his journey.
As per Wildflower Villas, Casa Zen is open for short-term bookings for tourists seeking a luxury retreat in Goa. The rental price is ₹75,000 plus taxes per night for the entire home.
Warsi will soon be seen in Jolly LLB 3, alongside Akshay Kumar, set for release on September 19, 2025. He also stars in Welcome to the Jungle, a comedy ensemble featuring Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and others.
