On May 22, both Kourtney and Travis shared a heartfelt carousel of photos on Instagram to commemorate the third anniversary of their lavish Italian ceremony, which followed their legal courthouse wedding in Santa Barbara on May 15, 2022. The couple, known for blending rock ‘n’ roll edge with romantic grandeur, didn’t hold back in revisiting the opulent details of their special day.

The Italian wedding, hosted a week after their courthouse vows, was a high-fashion affair on the Riviera, in partnership with Dolce & Gabbana. Guests were accommodated in seaside villas and luxury yachts owned by the Italian fashion house, while the bride and groom stunned in custom D&G creations.
In the newly shared 19-photo thread, Kourtney included intimate and artistic shots from the ceremony, revealing close-ups of her lace-embellished, cathedral-length veil featuring religious iconography, candelabra-lined aisles, and a striking sculpture of the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus. Kourtney opted for a non-traditional bridal look — a white Dolce & Gabbana corset mini-dress paired with the dramatic veil that became the centerpiece of her bridal aesthetic.
Travis, true to form, kept things classic in a tailored black suit by the same designer. The rocker also shared personal footage from their reception, including playful videos of him carrying Kourtney — now in a black lace mini dress — and clips of them dancing the night away. One standout moment: the couple donning matching white leather jackets that read “Mr. Barker” and “Mrs. Barker.”
Their Italian wedding wasn’t just for show — it held deep personal meaning. In their Hulu special Til Death Do Us Part: Kourtney & Travis, the couple explained their decision to hold two ceremonies. With Kourtney’s grandmother MJ and Travis’ father Randy unable to travel to Italy, the couple legally wed in California first, ensuring their closest family could witness their union.
Just a week earlier, Kourtney had shared a post celebrating the anniversary of their courthouse ceremony, captioning it “Courthouse Bride” with a selection of photos from that intimate day, surrounded by their six children.
Now, three years and one more child later —their seventh, born in November 2023 — the Barkers continue to show the world that love, in all its grand, goth-glam glory, is alive and well.
