Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare wedding reception: Newly weds poses with Aamir Khan

Ira Khan, daughter of actor Aamir Khan, and Nupur Shikhare got married in a traditional Christian service in Udaipur, Rajasthan, on January 10. On Saturday night, at the NMACC (Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre) in Mumbai, they had a wedding reception with lots of famous people.

Aamir Khan, the bride’s father and a star, showed up to the event wearing a black kurta and white pyjamas. He was happy to take pictures with the newlyweds on the red carpet. It was lovely to see Ira in a red lehenga with simple jewellery and fresh makeup. Nupur wore a black sherwani to the party.

Ira and Nupur took a picture with their family. People who have seen the pictures have tagged Aamir with his ex-wife Reena Dutta, Ira, Nupur, and Nupur’s mother Pritam Shikhare. In January 3, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare got married in front of a judge at the Taj Lands End, Bandra in Mumbai.

Nupur and Ira are said to have met during the COVID-19 lockdown, when Ira was living with her father and Nupur was teaching Aamir Khan. In November of last year, they had a party to celebrate getting engaged.
