
Ira Khan flaunts 'Bride-to-be' headband as she visits salon
Ira Khan, the actress Aamir Khan’s daughter, shared a glimpse of her wedding planning on Instagram on Wednesday. The soon-to-be bride shared a mirror selfie with the caption, “Ready!! I plan to wear this throughout the day. Ira and her longtime partner, Nupur Shikhare, are scheduled to tie the knot today. She was seen outside a city salon earlier today. Dressed in a black T-shirt and miniskirt, she accessorised her look with a pink ‘Bride-to-be’ headband to highlight her special day. In an additional Instagram Stories selfie, she wrote, “Just sitting around in different places with my head-band!”
Aamir and his son Junaud were spotted making their way to the location of Ira’s mehendi ceremony last night. Aamir’s children from his first marriage to Reena Dutta are Ira and Junaid. Aamir’s ex-wife Kiran Rao was also spotted sitting in her car with her son Azad. The mother-son pair were dressed in traditional ethnic wear. Aamir had earlier grinned while posing for the cameras. He showed up donning harem pants and a black t-shirt. He smiled, waved, and greeted each person with folded hands. After saying “thank you,” he entered the building.
On November 18, of last year, Ira and her longtime partner Nupur got engaged in front of their loved ones and close friends. The Khan family, including Imran Khan, Aamir’s ex-wives Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta, and actor Fatima Sana Shaikh, attended the engagement ceremony. This evening, the wedding is set to take place at Mumbai’s Taj Lands End, Bandra.
