July 22, 2025: On Monday, VTuber icon and VShojo cofounder Ironmouse announced her departure from the agency, citing unpaid earnings and unfulfilled charity donations. Her revelation has triggered a wave of support from the VTuber community—and serious questions about transparency within VShojo.

In a heartfelt video, Ironmouse shared, “I am owed outstanding funds, and some pledged charity donations were not fulfilled,” directing viewers to a Tiltify link for the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

Soon after, several VShojo talents—including Michi Mochievee, AmaLee (Monarch), Kuro, Froot, Kson, Haruka Karibu, Henya, and Hime—quietly removed “VShojo” from their usernames on X (formerly Twitter), signaling possible internal unrest.

Michi posted, “im sorry.. i legally cant say anything yet rn, but im just honestly so tired.. please support mousey… please take care of yourselves.” Her message was met with overwhelming support from fans and fellow VTubers.

Former VShojo member Geega reposted Ironmouse’s donation link, writing, “You know what to do.” Zentreya, another ex-member, added, “My heart hurts for the VShojo community… Support those who you can and please stay strong.”

Streamer Shoto revealed he had once been approached by VShojo. “I’m very glad it didn’t go through,” he wrote. VTuber CyYu and other indie creators joined in expressing concern.

Reddit users called Ironmouse’s departure a major red flag. “If Ironmouse of all people is leaving, something serious must be happening behind the scenes,” one commenter wrote. Others raised concerns about accountability and the handling of charity funds.

“Imagine the amount of issues that aren’t public,” a user posted on X, summing up the growing suspicion around the agency.

As of now, VShojo has not made any public statement in response to Ironmouse’s claims or the community’s reaction.
