Is Blake Lively Finally Getting the Support She Deserves After Legal Win?
June 11, 2025: Blake Lively is receiving heartfelt support from her older sister, Robyn Lively, following a recent legal victory involving actor Justin Baldoni. On June 10, Blake, 37, reshared a series of touching Instagram Stories originally posted by Robyn, 53, celebrating the bond between the sisters just hours after a judge dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit against Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds, their publicist, and his separate lawsuit against The New York Times.

Without directly referencing the lawsuits, Robyn posted a sweet photo progression of the siblings — from childhood to present day — with the captions:
“I held you then…,”
“…now,”
“…and always ❤️”
She added, “No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you. I love you sister.”
Blake responded by resharing all three posts with Donna Lewis’ classic “I Love You Always Forever” playing in the background, adding:
“I love you more. Always. Forever. Near or far. Closer together.”
She also included a heart graphic that read: “I love you so, so hard, like the most ever.”
Blake’s legal team, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, called the court’s decision a “total victory and a complete vindication.”
Meanwhile, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ Live that the ruling was “not fair” and “not right.” The trial, in which both Blake and Baldoni are expected to testify, is currently scheduled for March 2026.
Robyn had already shown her unwavering support during a PEOPLE interview in May, after Blake touched on the legal drama in her TIME100 Gala speech.
“Very proud. Just so you know, very proud,” Robyn said, as her husband, actor Bart Johnson, added, “To say we’re proud is an understatement.”
