Despite nearly four decades in the spotlight, Aniston hasn’t yet taken on the Great White Way — but she’s hoping to change that soon. Her roots in theater run deep: after graduating from a performing arts high school in New York, she acted in Off-Broadway productions before landing her breakout screen roles.

Aniston became a household name as Rachel Green on Friends (1994–2004), and later starred in hit films like Marley & Me, The Good Girl, Just Go with It, Cake, and the Murder Mystery series. She currently stars and produces The Morning Show on Apple TV+, now heading into its fourth season.

She’s also got new projects in the pipeline, including the film Hail Mary and an untitled movie directed by Sophie Goodhart.

Looking back on her film career, Aniston also revealed she’d love to revisit one of her most hilarious roles — her character from Horrible Bosses.
“Oh my God, this literally came up the other day,” she said. “Jason Bateman and I were talking about that, and Charlie Day too. It would be so fun to go back and see where those crazy cats are today.”

She added, “We need comedy. I personally think comedy is a necessity. And those characters are hilarious.”

From the sitcom queen to the Broadway dreamer, Jennifer Aniston shows there’s always a new stage to conquer.
