Jaat Box Office Day 18: Produced at ₹100 Cr., Sunny’s Actioner is a Decent Size Hit, After Earning This Much
April 28, 2025: New Delhi —
Sunny Deol’s action-packed entertainer Jaat showed an impressive resurgence at the box office, registering a 50.77% rise in earnings over its third weekend. The film raked in ₹3.26 crore net across two days, bringing its 18-day domestic total to ₹84.86 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
On Day 18 alone, Jaat collected ₹1.96 crore net. Despite facing stiff competition from new releases like Akshay Kumar’s Kesari 2 and Emraan Hashmi’s Ground Zero, Jaat managed to hold its ground, thanks to positive word-of-mouth and Sunny Deol’s strong fan base.
While official trackers report a net collection of ₹84.86 crore, the movie’s makers claim that Jaat crossed ₹110.86 crore gross worldwide within its first two weeks. A social media post by the production team celebrated the milestone, highlighting strong overseas performance, with international earnings totaling ₹13.90 crore gross.
Directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, Jaat features a stellar cast including Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Regina Cassandra, and Jagapathi Babu alongside Sunny Deol.
Jaat Worldwide Box Office Collection:
Released on April 10, the film opened to a massive ₹40.1 crore net but experienced a dip following new competition. However, a strong third weekend performance has put it back on track toward joining the ₹100 crore net club domestically.
In exciting news for fans, Sunny Deol recently confirmed a sequel to Jaat. “You have given me so much love for my film Jaat. I promise Jaat 2 will be even better,” he said in a heartfelt Instagram post.
With momentum on its side and a loyal fanbase, Jaat is poised for a strong run in the coming days.
