Khushi Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor
On Tuesday night, actor Janhvi Kapoor praised her sister Khushi Kapoor for her feature debut in “The Archies.”
Janhvi posted a photo to her stories on Instagram with the caption, “Sunshine in my life and now in movies.” You possess a magical quality.”
The ‘Bawaal’ actor was seen in the photo holding her sister inside a restaurant.
Janhvi was present at the Mumbai premiere of her sister Khushi’s first movie, “The Archies,” on Tuesday.
In addition to her, a number of well-known B-town celebrities attended the gala event, including Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, and Ranbir Kapoor.
In 2013, Khushi went to see her first movie, “The Archies,” dressed in a golden gown that belonged to her mother, the late actor Sridevi.
On this momentous day, Khushi decided to honour Sridevi by dressing in the famous ensemble in remembrance of her mother. Sridevi turned heads in 2013 when she walked the IFA red carpet in this elaborately crystal gown. Now that Khushi entered the Bollywood industry, it assumed centre stage once more.
Under Zoya Akhtar’s direction, Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, and Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, make their acting debuts in the movie.
A coming-of-age musical called “The Archies” transports viewers to the made-up hilly town of Riverdale while chronicling the lives of Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie, Ethel, and Dilton. The movie looks at rebellion, heartbreak, freedom, love, and friendship.
Netflix, an over-the-top platform, will begin streaming the movie on December 7.
