The 53-year-old actress was seen passionately kissing her on-and-off boyfriend, CaliGroup CEO John Miller, outside his Los Angeles home, according to photos published by TMZ on Friday. The couple rarely appears in public together, making this steamy embrace a headline-grabbing moment.

Garner, dressed casually in a blue plaid shirt and black pants, clutched her keys and phone while embracing Miller, who wore a grey T-shirt and jeans. The moment seemed to be a clear signal that she’s all in — and not entertaining any reunion rumours with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

No Rebound With Ben

Speculation about a rekindled romance between Garner and Affleck had been swirling since March, when the former couple was photographed embracing during a family paintball outing. But sources now say that Miller had issued an ultimatum, feeling the photos were “disrespectful” to his relationship with Garner.

“He doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he has no choice but to walk away,” a source told Page Six.

Meanwhile, insiders revealed that while Affleck “would love another chance” with Garner, the actress is firmly committed to Miller.

“She’s happy with John. That’s just not where her head is at,” said the source, confirming Garner isn’t looking to revisit the past.

Affleck, who recently finalized his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, is said to be focused on work and family and “respects Jen’s relationship with John.”
