Jennifer Lopez shares what she is “super excited” about in coming months

The pop icon is ready to take the stage at WorldPride and launch her first tour in six years while cherishing time with her kids during a busy but fulfilling season.

Washington [US], May 26 – Jennifer Lopez is all set for a summer packed with performances, celebrations, and quality family time. The singer and actress recently shared her excitement about the upcoming months, revealing she’s preparing for major shows and cherishing precious moments with her 17-year-old twins, Emme and Max.

“I’m excited to tour. I’m excited first to go do Pride,” Lopez said of headlining WorldPride in Washington, D.C. during Pride Month this June, as reported by People. “I’m super excited about that. I’m working on that show right now too as we speak, and crafting the tour as well. I’m excited to get back out there.”

The 2025 American Music Awards host added, “It seems like a perfect summer to celebrate being free and being happy. Just everything in my life right now feels really healthy and good, and I’m ready to get out there and make people sing and dance and have a good time. That’s always my goal.”

Following her WorldPride performance, Lopez will kick off her first tour in six years, Up All Night Live, starting in Egypt on July 4. She also revealed that her children will be joining her for some of the summer gigs, making it a memorable experience for the family.

“I think my kids are going to come to Pride because I’m doing more of a concert [at WorldPride], so I’m excited about that,” Lopez shared. “They’re sweet. They’re the best.”

Lopez is also preparing for a return to television as the host of the 2025 American Music Awards, which will air live from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on May 26 at 8 p.m. on CBS and Paramount+.

She told E! News that she’s been “rehearsing for a couple of weeks” to ensure her performance is top-notch. “I took last year off and I went back in and my first thing was doing a movie,” she said. “So, this is getting back into my performance mode in a way. We’re going to be celebrating all the music of the year.”
