JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes Spark Romance Rumors with Cozy London Reunion

New Delhi, [India], May 26 – JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes are once again fueling romance rumors after their cozy reunion at London’s Heathrow Airport on Sunday, May 25. The 22-year-old pop star and 32-year-old British TV host were photographed looking affectionate as Siwa arrived in the U.K. ahead of her Monday night performance.

Hughes was seen waiting for Siwa at the airport, bouquet of pink flowers in hand, ready to greet her and her mother, Jessalynn. The pair shared a warm hug, held hands, and smiled widely as they made their way out of the terminal together.

The rumored couple first sparked headlines after their time together in the Celebrity Big Brother house and Siwa’s subsequent breakup from ex-partner Kath Ebbs. Just days ago, Hughes posted a series of affectionate photos from a Mexican vacation with Siwa, captioning the shots, “The previous 7 days have been the prettiest,” alongside an image of Siwa resting her head on his shoulder.

Siwa responded in the comments, “& happiest:). Heart is overflowing.” She also shared her own set of photos, calling it “a week I’ll remember for the rest of my life” and describing her birthday celebrations as “magical” and “full of surprises, family time, performing, chilling, laughing, loving, smiling, and good meaningful cries.”

Hughes sweetly replied to her post with, “Oh Joelle,” using Siwa’s real first name.

Speaking to PEOPLE at an event in Orlando on May 21, Siwa beamed about her current state of mind: “I’m in such a great place. I’m so, so happy. I said to somebody the other day, ‘I don’t think humans are meant to feel this happy,’ and that somebody was like, ‘No. I think you are actually.’ It’s good happy.”

However, despite the speculation, both Siwa and Hughes have emphasized that their bond is deeply special but not necessarily romantic. In an appearance on This Morning last month, Siwa described Hughes as “a gorgeous boy” and said, “It is platonic, we have a lot of fun together.” She added, “Life is life, and I don’t know any future of anything, but I’m really grateful for our dynamic and bond.”

Hughes echoed her sentiments, describing their connection as “a soulmate friendship” and saying that having Siwa’s support during Celebrity Big Brother was “beautiful.”
