‘Jolly LLB 3’ : Akshay Kumar-Arshad Warsi begin shooting

Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi have kicked off the filming of their much-anticipated film ‘Jolly LLB 3’. Akshay shared a lively video from the set on Instagram, capturing the excitement alongside co-stars Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla. The video showcases a humorous banter between the actors, with Arshad cautioning against “Jagdish Tyagi aka Jolly BA LLB Duplicate” and Akshay asserting himself as the “original” Jolly, while Saurabh Shukla makes a brief appearance.

The post quickly drew enthusiastic responses from fans and colleagues alike. Actress Tabu expressed her anticipation, commenting, “Can’t wait! @arshad_warsi.” Fans also shared their excitement, with reactions ranging from “OMG This is gonna be so fun!!!!!” to inquiries about another sequel, “Hera pheri 3 kab ?”

In his post, Akshay playfully hinted at the fun viewers can expect from the film: “Ab original kaun aur duplicate kaun, yeh toh pata nahi. But this sure is going to be a jolly good ride!! Stay with us. Jai Mahakaal.”

‘Jolly LLB 3’ follows the success of ‘Jolly LLB 2’, which starred Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi in 2017 and was itself a follow-up to the 2013 hit ‘Jolly LLB’ featuring Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla, with Amrita Rao. Additionally, Akshay and Arshad have reunited for another project, ‘Welcome 3’.

Last year, on his birthday, Akshay teased ‘Welcome 3’ with a promo post: “Khud ko aur aap sab ko ek birthday gift diya hai aaj (I have given a gift to you and myself on my birthday today). If you like it and say thanks, I’d say Welcome(3) #WelcomeToTheJungle. In cinemas, Christmas – 20th December, 2024. #Welcome3.” The film, directed by Ahmed Khan and set for release on December 20, 2024, boasts a star-studded cast including Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, and many more, promising another blockbuster ensemble.
