Jonathan Majors, Meagan Good Tie Knot In Private Ceremony
March 19, 2025: Actor Jonathan Majors and actress Meagan Good have officially tied the knot in an intimate ceremony, marking a new chapter in their relationship. Majors, 35, and Good, 43, began dating in May 2023 and have now exchanged vows after nearly two years of romance. This is Majors’ first marriage and Good’s second, following her previous marriage to DeVon Franklin from 2012 to 2022.
The couple first met at the Ebony Power 100 Gala in October 2022, where they also announced their engagement the following year. Their relationship has been a source of personal growth and transformation, with both sharing openly about their bond.
In an interview, Good expressed how the relationship has deeply impacted her, saying, “This relationship has taught me about unconditional love. What it means to be loved in the fullness of who you are and to love someone who brings out the best in you.”
Majors has also spoken candidly about the challenges he faced during their relationship, including a highly publicized arrest and subsequent guilty verdict. He credited Good with being a source of unwavering support during those trying times. “I’m really blessed,” Majors told Good Morning America in January 2024. “I’m surrounded by people who love me, who care about me.”
While his personal life has made headlines, Majors has also expressed his interest in returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Kang the Conqueror, despite being dropped by Marvel following his conviction on misdemeanor charges. Majors made it clear in a recent interview that he would accept the role again if Marvel were to reach out.
“Yeah, of course, I say yes. Disney, Marvel Studios, I love them,” Majors shared. “I love the industry so much, and now I’m in the place where I can feel the love from them and actually express my love for them.”
Majors portrayed Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023) and was expected to reprise the role in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty before Marvel distanced itself from the character due to his legal issues. Instead, Marvel is reportedly shifting its focus to Doctor Doom in upcoming films, which will now feature Robert Downey Jr.
In an additional interview, Majors reiterated his willingness to return to both the MCU and his role as Damian ‘Diamond Dame’ Anderson in Creed III. “Yes. Yes, to both,” he confirmed, adding, “The version of me that would come back to those places, though, would be different.”
Meanwhile, his Creed III co-star Michael B. Jordan expressed a desire to work with Majors again, potentially opening the door for his return to the franchise. With Majors’ career continuing to evolve, it seems that both his personal and professional lives are entering an exciting new chapter.
