Ahead of the release of Devara: Part 1, starring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, the Andhra Pradesh government has issued a notice approving a temporary hike in ticket prices and allowing special shows.
Starting from September 27, multiplex tickets will be priced at ₹135 per ticket. In single-screen theaters, upper-class tickets will cost ₹110, and lower-class tickets ₹60. These rates will apply for the first six shows, which will begin at 12 AM on release day.
From September 28, the film will have five shows per day for the following nine days.
Devara: Part 1 is directed by Koratala Siva and marks the return of Jr NTR after his global success with RRR. In this film, he plays a dual role as Devara and Varadha, set in a coastal backdrop where power dynamics drive the plot.
The film, which reunites Jr NTR and Siva after Janatha Garage, also features Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Tom Shine Chacko, and Narain.
Produced under the NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts banners, Devara: Part 1 will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
