June 16, 2025: Justin Bieber is once again in the spotlight, not for music, but for his mental health struggles. In a heartfelt note shared via his Instagram Stories on Monday, the pop sensation admitted to battling anger issues and feeling emotionally drained from constantly thinking about himself.

The singer has been under increasing media pressure in recent months. Just days ago, he made headlines after a heated confrontation with paparazzi in California. In a follow-up to that incident, Justin cut ties with a friend who questioned his outburst — sparking debate online over whether his behavior was justified.

Now, Justin has opened up even more in an emotional note, saying:

“People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”

The Grammy-winning singer continued, admitting that the more he tries to grow, the more self-absorbed he feels.

“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately, aren’t you?” he added.

Earlier, Justin also posted a cryptic message saying,

“Quit asking me if I’m okay. Quit asking me how I’m doing. I don’t do that to you… Your concern doesn’t come off as care. It’s just oppressive weirdo.”

His recent posts have left fans concerned, as he openly reflects on issues like feeling unworthy, dealing with anger, and struggling to let go of hate. While the singer has always been vocal about his mental health, this raw vulnerability marks a new phase of emotional honesty.

Justin’s candid confession is a reminder of the emotional toll that fame can take, and how even global icons often wrestle with inner battles far from the spotlight.
