May 8, 2025: Justin Bieber has once again opened up about his inner emotional world, sharing a series of heartfelt and cryptic messages on Instagram about the exhausting nature of love, the struggle for worthiness, and his ongoing spiritual journey.

In a string of Instagram Stories, the 30-year-old singer wrote, “Love isn’t a ‘you get what you put in’ kinda thing. It’s a receiving thing.” He went on to admit, “Still find myself trying to earn love. And it’s exhausting.”
Despite acknowledging that he is loved unconditionally, Bieber confessed he often wrestles with the belief that love must be deserved. “Made me exhausted from trying to prove I was worthy at times,” he shared. “Also made me feel more entitled at times. It either makes us feel not good enough or that we’re owed something. True love is freely given with no expectation.”
Bieber, who shares an 8-month-old son, Jack Blues Bieber, with wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber, has been increasingly vocal about his mental and emotional struggles. In April, he posted a note expressing doubts about whether he is “too flawed” to be used by God in any meaningful way. Still, he reaffirmed his faith, saying, “God uses me (flaws and all) every day the same way He uses you… Nothing disqualifies us from experiencing God’s good plans for our life.”
Earlier this year in March, Bieber candidly spoke about feeling overwhelmed, describing the experience as “drowning,” and emphasized the importance of letting go of hate. In another post, he reflected on feelings of unworthiness, sharing, “People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve that,’ and I personally have always felt unworthy. Like I was a fraud… like, ‘Damn, if only they knew my thoughts.’”
Fans have expressed concern for the pop star in recent months, particularly after noting changes in his physical appearance and demeanor. However, Bieber continues to confront his challenges publicly while leaning on his faith, family, and personal growth.
