October 9, 2024: Justin Timberlake had to postpone his Forget Tomorrow World Tour show in Newark, New Jersey, due to an injury.
The singer shared the disappointing news with fans via his Instagram, explaining, “I have an injury that’s preventing me from performing.” He expressed his regret over the situation and promised to reschedule the concert, stating, “I promise to make it up to you and give you the show y’all deserve,” while also thanking his fans for their understanding and support.
Timberlake’s next scheduled performance is on October 11 in Philadelphia, but it remains to be seen if this will be affected by his injury. The singer is currently on an extended tour, which is set to run until July 2025 with performances planned across North America, Europe, and beyond.
Recently, Timberlake also celebrated his 12th wedding anniversary with actress Jessica Biel during a performance in Montreal. He gave a special shoutout to Biel during the concert, marking the milestone with heartfelt words, saying, “I love you, baby,” as she watched from the side of the stage.
