‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ To Re-Release In Cinemas On Hrithik Roshan’s Birthday

January 7, 2025: In an exciting development for fans of early 2000s Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan and Ameesha Patel‘s iconic debut film, Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, is set to return to theaters to celebrate its 25th anniversary. In a statement shared by PVR Cinemas, the movie will hit theaters again on January 10, 2025, coinciding with Hrithik Roshan’s birthday. This re-release is expected to bring back the magic of the film, which was a blend of romance, action, and dance—elements that still resonate with fans today.

PVR Cinemas made the official announcement on Instagram, along with Rakesh Roshan (the film’s director) and the production team, sharing the excitement with fans. The announcement read:

“Action, romance, drama, dance…the movie that had it all! 25 years later, Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai still reigns as the ultimate love story, and we’re bringing it once again on the big screen. Are you ready? Returns to theatres from Jan 10!”

Directed by Rakesh Roshan, the film featured Hrithik in a double role, with his chiseled looks and exceptional dance moves becoming the talk of the town. Hrithik’s portrayal of the characters Rohit and Raj captured the hearts of millions, while Ameesha Patel’s charming performance as Sonia added a perfect balance to the film.
