Kajol and Kriti Sanon Starrer ‘Do Patti’ to Premiere on Oct 25

The highly anticipated thriller-drama ‘Do Patti,’ starring Kajol and Kriti Sanon, has finally received its release date. Netflix announced that the murder mystery, directed by debutant Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon, will be available for streaming from October 25.

In a 1-minute 32-second teaser video, Netflix provided viewers with a glimpse of the suspenseful plot. Sharing the teaser on its X account, Netflix captioned, “Ab hoga khel shuru, lekin iss kahaani ke hai do pehlu. Do Patti releases on 25 October, only on Netflix.” (The game will now start, but this story has two sides).

The film is set in the fictional town of Devipur, Uttarakhand, where Kajol plays a determined cop investigating an attempted murder. Kriti Sanon takes on a double role for the first time, portraying twin sisters involved in the mystery, both hiding secrets that intensify the drama.

Shaheer Sheikh makes his big-screen debut in ‘Do Patti’, playing Dhruv Sood, a character entangled in a web of love and suspense. The film marks Kajol and Kriti’s second collaboration after ‘Dilwale.’

Produced by Kanika Dhillon and Kriti Sanon, Do Patti promises a gripping narrative filled with twists. Additionally, Kajol is set to appear in the action thriller ‘Maharani – Queen of Queens,’ while Kriti was last seen in ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ and ‘Crew.’
