Kangana Ranaut’s highly anticipated film ‘Emergency’ has been rescheduled for release on September 6, 2024. The announcement came after Ranaut’s successful election campaign in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. In a statement, Kangana expressed her inspiration from William Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth,’ highlighting that the essence of ‘Emergency’ is the havoc unleashed when ambition goes unchecked by moral constraints. She described the film as one of the most sensational chapters of Indian democracy and eagerly anticipated its global release.

‘Emergency,’ directed and produced by Kangana Ranaut, features an impressive cast including Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik in significant roles.
