Kangana’s Reaction to Punjab Ban
Kangana recently expressed her gratitude to audiences for their response to the film but also shared her disappointment over the ban in Punjab. The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and Sikh organizations protested against the film, resulting in its non-release in the state.
Speaking on social media, Kangana said, “Punjab mein meri filmein sabse acha perform karti hai. Aur aaj ek din hai jab Punjab mein meri film ko release tak nahi hone diya jaraha hai (My films have always performed best in Punjab. But today, my film isn’t even allowed to release there).”
