Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa is a devotional tale centered on the legendary Shiva devotee, Kannappa. Despite high expectations and a star-studded cast including cameo appearances by Mohanlal, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, and Kajal Aggarwal, the film has received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.
Vishnu Manchu plays the titular role, supported by Preity Mukundhan, Mohan Babu, Sarathkumar, Brahmaji, and others. While the film’s theme and scale attracted attention, many viewers criticized the visual effects and pacing.
