
'Kannappa': Kajal Aggarwal's Divine Look As Parvathi Devi Unveiled
January 6, 2025: Kajal Aggarwal is excited to be a part of the much-anticipated mythological fantasy Kannappa, which also stars Akshay Kumar and Prabhas. On Monday, the actress shared a glimpse of her divine look as Parvati Devi in the film on Instagram. She wore a traditional white saree paired with heavy jewelry, radiating a spiritual elegance that left her fans in awe.
In the post, Kajal expressed her happiness, writing: “A dream role indeed! Happy to be starting 2025 on this divine note #Kannappa #HarHarMahadev #MAAParvatiDevi.” Fans and industry colleagues were quick to react, with actress Tamannaah Bhatia commenting, “So beautiful,” complimenting Kajal’s ethereal appearance.

Kannappa is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Vishnu Manchu’s banners AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory. The film also boasts an impressive cast, including Preity Mukhundhan, Mohanlal, Mohan Babu, R. Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam, Madhoo, and Mukesh Rishi.
Scheduled for a multi-language release (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English), Kannappa is set to hit theaters on April 25, 2025. The story revolves around the legendary warrior Kannappa, one of the greatest devotees of Lord Shiva. It follows his journey from being a hunter to a warrior and eventually a saint, earning him the revered title of Nayanar.
