In the song Bianca from his new album WW3, the controversial rapper admits that his wife, Bianca Censori, walked out on him following panic attacks triggered by his inflammatory social media behavior.

“My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed,” West raps, referring to Censori’s mental health struggles and his refusal to seek medical help.

Released Thursday, the track reveals the 30-year-old Australian architect left Kanye after he posted a series of disturbing messages on X (formerly Twitter), many of which drew widespread backlash. According to lyrics cited by Genius.com, Kanye confesses he’s been tracking Bianca’s movements through his Maybach app, and discovered her departure that way.
