February 13, 2025: Rapper Kanye West is facing a serious lawsuit from a former Yeezy employee, Jane Doe, who alleges she was subjected to disturbing and abusive behavior during her time working for the company. Filed on February 11, 2024, in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the lawsuit accuses West of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.

According to the lawsuit, Doe, who began working for Yeezy in late 2023, claims West made repeated derogatory and disturbing comments. She alleges that West compared himself to Adolf Hitler, referred to himself as a “Nazi,” and made threats against her due to her Jewish heritage. The harassment escalated with West reportedly sending degrading and hateful messages, including calling Doe “ugly” and using hateful language regarding her religion.

The lawsuit details a particularly disturbing incident in which West allegedly sent a nude photo to a group chat that included Doe, making her feel uncomfortable. It also claims that West continued his abusive behavior, sending messages like, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler” and using Nazi-like greetings in group chats. Despite Doe’s reports of his behavior, she was reportedly fired in retaliation after she reported his actions, with the lawsuit accusing West of wrongful termination and emotional distress.

Doe is suing for damages exceeding USD 35,000 and seeking a jury trial. The case comes amid ongoing controversy surrounding Kanye West, following previous antisemitic remarks and the release of offensive Yeezy merchandise featuring swastikas, which led to the shutting down of his website. West’s actions have resulted in widespread backlash, including losing his management team and facing severe public criticism.
