Kanye West Regrets Not Having Children with Paris Hilton Instead of Kim Kardashian

April 27, 2025: In a recent interview, rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, shared an unexpected remark about his past relationships. The controversial artist, who has four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, expressed that he wishes he had children with socialite Paris Hilton instead. According to Ye, he believes that having kids with Hilton would have led to greater success and wealth, a claim he made during the interview as reported by Billboard.

Ye went on to compare Kardashian’s relationship with Hilton to his own connection with the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh. “Kim was like the Virgil,” he said, “Kim was like Paris Hilton’s Virgil.” Ye suggested that while Hilton had a clear vision, Kardashian was more of a protegee in his eyes.

Ye and Kardashian were married from 2014 to 2022, and together they have four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Meanwhile, Hilton, who is now married to Carter Reum, has two children of her own.

These comments come amid Ye’s current marriage to Bianca Censori, whom he wed in 2022. They add to the ongoing list of controversies surrounding the rapper, who has faced significant backlash for his antisemitic rants and public feuds with other celebrities such as Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, the Creator.

Despite the controversies, Ye is teasing the release of a new album titled Cuck or WW3, which will reportedly feature lyrics penned by rapper Dave Blunts.
