Kanye West has once again taken to social media to accuse ex-wife Kim Kardashian of keeping their four children away from him — but insiders close to Kim say the narrative is far more complex.
According to a source quoted by the Daily Mail, Kanye is free to see North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7) and Psalm (5) “anytime he wants,” contrary to the claims he made in a flurry of emotional tweets on X (formerly Twitter).
“Kanye has been in LA for months but didn’t ask to see the kids, aside from North, until just a week before leaving again,” the insider claimed.
“There are no limitations on visitation, but Kim is very careful not to expose them to chaos. Her kids come first.”
Kanye’s Public Outburst
Earlier on Tuesday, Kanye posted a series of emotional messages on X:

“Why are you all watching and letting Kim take my kids from me in real time?”
“I don’t get to be a dad.”
“I have to suppress the fact that my kids have been taken from me and everyone just watches.”
He added that he doesn’t just want to “see” his children — he wants to raise them, have a say in their education, friendships, and even what they wear.

In March, tensions between the former couple escalated again when Kanye featured North West on a track with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing serious legal issues.
Sources said Kim was uncomfortable with her daughter being linked to Diddy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Kanye accused Kim and the “Kardashian mob” of treating him like he’s on “visitation in jail.”
“All these rights have been taken from me… by the Kardashian mob, Hulu, Disney, and the bigger agenda,” Kanye wrote in a since-deleted post.
