
Karan Johar Celebrates A Big Win And Shares Pictures With Ayan Mukerji From National Award Ceremony
October 9, 2024: Karan Johar celebrated Brahmāstra Part One: Shiva‘s win at the 70th National Film Awards 2024, by sharing photos from the event where the film was recognized for Best Film in the AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comic) category.
In heartfelt post on Instagram, Along with the film’s director Ayan Mukerji, Karan expressed immense gratitude for the support from the audience and the Indian government, which allowed the film fraternity to bring their stories to the public. The win was especially meaningful for Karan as it coincided with the 44th anniversary of Dharma Productions, making the occasion even more special.
Karan shared several images from the ceremony, including a photo of him and Ayan smiling proudly with their awards, and a video of the moment he received the award. In his caption, he thanked the entire team behind Brahmāstra, including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and music composer Pritam. He credited Ayan for his vision and leadership, dedicating the win to him.
