
Kareena Kapoor Named National Ambassador by UNICEF India, Advocates for Children's Rights
Renowned Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan has been appointed as the National Ambassador for UNICEF India, marking a significant milestone in her ongoing commitment to social causes. Kareena, who has been associated with UNICEF India since 2014, has actively contributed to initiatives focused on girls’ education, gender equality, foundational learning, immunization, and breastfeeding.
During the appointment event, Kareena emphasized the importance of children’s rights, stressing that every child deserves fundamental necessities such as safety, education, health, and nutrition.
