Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s Love Story Hits a Dead End — Split on the Horizon!

June 11, 2025: Once hailed as one of Hollywood’s golden couples, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s romance is now clouded by whispers of emotional distance and wedding plans that never quite took flight.

The couple, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019, captured hearts with their chemistry, their shared values, and their devotion to their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom. But according to insiders speaking to US Weekly, the fairy tale might be showing cracks.

“They aren’t living the same lives anymore,” a source close to the couple revealed. “They’re spending more and more time apart.”

Katy, currently in the throes of her Lifetimes Tour, has been traveling the globe—her schedule packed, her energy focused. While the pop icon shines onstage, insiders say the distance is taking a toll behind the scenes.

“She’s been very busy working,” the source continued, hinting that the couple’s time apart has caused “tension.”

It appears that the wedding bells fans have long awaited may not be ringing anytime soon. In fact, a second source claims the couple never got to planning the wedding, despite being engaged for over five years.

“They never set a date,” the insider shared, adding that Orlando is ‘over it.’

Sources suggest those close to the pair have seen the signs for a while. Katy’s been “out and about” more, while Orlando has reportedly kept the struggles “close to the vest.” Despite the love that still exists, their relationship is described as being out of sync—two people on different wavelengths.

Adding to the stress is the performance of Katy’s recent album 143, which failed to meet expectations and reportedly weighed heavily on her. Combined with mixed reactions to her tour, the strain may be spilling into her personal life.

“Everyone around them knows,” another insider confirmed. “Things haven’t been good for a while.”

Though neither Katy nor Orlando has spoken publicly about the reports, the silence itself is fueling speculation. And while fans hope this is just a rough patch in an otherwise strong bond, the future of their relationship remains uncertain.

After years of red carpet appearances, shared interviews, and romantic tributes, it’s unclear whether Katy and Orlando’s story will continue as partners—or end as a chapter closed.
