The 30-Year-Old Supermodel Addresses Sexuality Claims on ‘In Your Dreams’ Podcast; Slams Claims That Being Queer is “Bad for Business”

January 10, 2026: Kendall Jenner is officially setting the record straight. After years of quiet observation, the world-renowned model and The Kardashians star has finally addressed the persistent internet theories regarding her sexuality, calling out the “mean-spirited” nature of online discourse.

Appearing on the latest episode of the In Your Dreams podcast hosted by Owen Thiele, the 30-year-old opened up about the emotional toll of having her private life dissected by millions of strangers.

“It’s Not a Welcoming Arm”

For nearly a decade, social media has been rife with speculation that Jenner might be a lesbian—a narrative she says bothers her not because of the label, but because of the aggressive tone of the conversation.

“Then there’s the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian,” Jenner told Thiele. “You want to know what really bothers me? How mean people are about it. It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join.’ It’s not kind. It’s very mean. It’s very like, ‘What the f*** are you doing?’”

On Coming Out and Hiding for “Business”

Jenner, who has always been the most private member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, emphasized that coming out is a deeply personal journey that should never be forced. She also took the opportunity to debunk the “disturbing” claim that she hides her true self to protect her high-fashion brand.

“I’ve seen really f****** up things that are like, ‘It’s bad for business,’ and I’m like, ‘What? How?’ I don’t understand it,” she said, visibly frustrated by the logic.

She further clarified that if she were queer, she would have shared that by now. “Knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was. I’d have no problem being that [part of the LGBTQIA+ community].”

“Not Closing Doors”

Despite the firm denial of current rumors, Kendall ended the conversation with a nuanced take on her future. While she reaffirmed her current identity, she left room for the unpredictability of life.

“All’s to say, as of today, I am not [a lesbian]. I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life,” she concluded.

Jenner was most recently in a high-profile relationship with Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, which reportedly ended in late 2023. Since then, she has been focused on her 818 Tequila brand and her global modeling campaigns, while continuing to advocate for more kindness in digital spaces.
