The film, which received largely positive reviews on social media, benefitted from strong word-of-mouth and a slight bump from the partial holiday. While it didn’t enjoy a national holiday release—often a key factor in Akshay’s big openings—‘Kesari 2’ still drew strong footfall, especially in northern regions due to its patriotic theme.

🔥 A Comeback Moment for Akshay?

Following a few underwhelming box office outings, ‘Kesari 2’ marks a potential turning point for the superstar.
