Akshay Kumar’s latest historical courtroom drama Kesari: Chapter 2 is facing rough tides at the box office. After an encouraging opening weekend, the film has seen a significant dip in collections, particularly due to backlash surrounding alleged historical inaccuracies.

April 23, 2025: On Day 5 (Tuesday), the film managed to collect only ₹4.75 crore, taking its total India net to ₹38.75 crore. While the movie has crossed ₹50 crore globally—standing at ₹56.6 crore worldwide—it is struggling to maintain traction during weekdays.
