April 13, 2025: As the release date for the much-anticipated historical drama Kesari 2 draws closer, the makers of the film are ramping up the excitement with the launch of a new track titled ‘O Shera (Teer Te Taj Film Version)’. The song was unveiled on Saturday evening, and it promises to deliver the same sense of intensity and patriotism that the franchise is known for.

Directed by a new creative team, Kesari Chapter 2 features Akshay Kumar in the lead role of C. Sankaran Nair, the legendary advocate and freedom fighter who fought to expose the British atrocities in the aftermath of the massacre. The film also stars R. Madhavan and Ananya Panday in pivotal roles.
The first installment of Kesari, released in 2019, chronicled the heroic Battle of Saragarhi, where 21 Sikh soldiers fought valiantly against 10,000 Afghan tribesmen. With Kesari 2, the focus shifts to another dark yet pivotal chapter in Indian history.
