May 5, 2025: Akshay Kumar-starrer Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh has crossed the ₹80 crore mark at the Indian box office by the end of Day 17. The film added ₹2.35 crore on its third Sunday (May 4), showing steady growth over the weekend after earning ₹1.25 crore and ₹1.85 crore on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Despite Raid 2 dominating multiplex screens, Kesari Chapter 2 has held its ground well with regional support, especially in southern cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Chennai registered a massive 93% occupancy across shows on Sunday.
