“I used to be overweight a lot of my life. I’ve always been athletic, but never really in shape,” she explained.
The reality star revealed that she weighed 204 pounds after giving birth and was initially daunted by the idea of losing the weight again.
“But because I had all the tools in my toolbox, I knew what to do. I actually lost my pregnancy weight so much faster than my regular weight the first time,” she said.

“I would eat seven meals a day—small, nutritious meals to keep hunger at bay,” she shared.
“I’d cut out soda one week, then something else the next. I’ve done every diet under the sun. What worked was discipline, not extremes.”
