Bollywood star Kiara Advani is setting major fashion trends at the Cannes Film Festival. The ‘Kabir Singh’ actress, who has recently arrived at the French Riviera to represent India at the Women in Cinema Gala dinner, shared a chic post on her social media on Friday.
In the captivating video, Kiara stuns in an ivory crepe back satin dress with a daring thigh-high slit, designed by Prabal Gurung. Her elegant ensemble is accentuated by large matching earrings and sophisticated heels. The video begins with Kiara stepping out of a car, then walking, posing, and smiling gracefully on a deck.

The Cannes Film Festival kicked off on Tuesday night with the world premiere of Quentin Dupieux’s ‘Le Deuxième Acte (The Second Act)’, featuring stars like Léa Seydoux, Vincent Lindon, Louis Garrel, and Raphaël Quenard.
Other Indian celebrities, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Aditi Rao Hydari, are also making waves at Cannes. Aishwarya, often hailed as the ‘Cannes Queen’, has showcased two stunning looks so far.
For her first appearance, Aishwarya wore a dramatic monochrome gown with striking golden accents, designed by Falguni Shane Peacock. The custom-made creation featured a corset-inspired silhouette and a sweeping train. On Friday, she dazzled on the red carpet in a shimmery silver gown by the same designers, gracing the screening of ‘Kinds of Kindness’. Her gown, adorned with sequins, was complemented by statement diamond drop earrings, a sleek silver bracelet, a ring, and high heels. Despite a fractured hand, Aishwarya continues to turn heads at the festival.
The 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will conclude on May 25.
