'Knives Out 3' First Look Unveiled, Daniel Craig's Return as Benoit Blanc
January 31, 2025: Netflix has confirmed its 2025 film slate, featuring a star-studded lineup, including highly anticipated titles like Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery and The Old Guard 2. The streaming giant also unveiled the first look at Wake Up Dead Man, the third installment in the Knives Out franchise.
The film will see the return of Daniel Craig as Southern detective Benoit Blanc, taking on what is described as his “most dangerous case yet.” Alongside Craig, the film boasts an all-star cast, including Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church.
The first-look image for the film, released by Netflix, shows Craig and O’Connor inside a cathedral, adding to the intrigue surrounding the film’s setting and plot. While the exact storyline is being kept under wraps, the title, Wake Up Dead Man, is inspired by a U2 song from their 1997 album Pop, suggesting the film could carry a darker, more dramatic tone.
The film will be released on Netflix this fall, with fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter in Benoit Blanc’s thrilling investigations.
