Koffee With Karan 8: Zeenat Aman Wants Deepika Padukone In Satyam Shivam Sundaram’s Sequel

In the latest episode of “Koffee with Karan 8” on Disney+Hotstar where Zeenat Aman made an appearance with Neetu Kapoor. They talked about old times with host Karan Johar as they talked about their busy work lives, co-stars, marriage, parenting, and even grandmotherhood.

During the interesting rapid-fire part, Karan then asked Zeenat who she thought would be the best actress to play Rupa in the follow up to Satyam Shivam Sundaram (1978). She changed her name right away to Deepika Padukone. “Satyam Shivam Sundaram” is a love drama movie from 1978 that was written and directed by Raj Kapoor. The main actors were Shashi Kapoor and Zeenat Aman. In the movie, she had a scarred face when she played Rupa.

During the show, Zeenat talked about how she got the part in Raj Kapoor’s famous but controversial movie.
