Kokilaben Ambani Attends Anant-Radhika’s Puja Ceremony

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani’s mother, Kokilaben Ambani, attended a special puja ceremony organized ahead of the grand wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The ceremony, held at the Ambani residence, saw Kokilaben blessing the soon-to-be-wed couple.

Mukesh Ambani’s brother, Anil Ambani, and his wife, Tina Ambani, also attended the function.

The Ambani family recently hosted a vibrant ‘haldi’ ceremony at their iconic Mumbai residence, Antilia. The lavish event was attended by close family members and Bollywood celebrities. Notable guests included Salman Khan, who arrived in a radiant yellow kurta and black pajamas, as well as Ranveer Singh, Ananya Panday, and Sara Ali Khan.

Earlier, Anant and Radhika participated in a Grah Shanti Puja ceremony. Singer Nikita Waghela shared glimpses of the event on Instagram, showing the serene moments of the Grah Shanti and Mandap Muhurat Puja. Radhika looked stunning in a cream and golden saree adorned with exquisite jewelry, while Anant wore a red kurta paired with a golden jacket.

As part of the wedding celebrations, Mukesh and Nita Ambani organized a mass wedding for the underprivileged on July 2 at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar. On July 3, they hosted a Mameru ceremony, a Gujarati wedding tradition where the bride’s maternal uncle brings sweets and gifts.

The wedding festivities are meticulously planned, adhering to traditional Hindu Vedic customs. The main ceremonies will begin on Friday, July 12, with the Shubh Vivah, or wedding function. Guests are encouraged to dress in traditional Indian attire. The celebrations will continue on Saturday, July 13, with Shubh Aashirwad, and conclude with Mangal Utsav, or the wedding reception, on Sunday, July 14. On July 5, the Ambani family also hosted a Sangeet Ceremony featuring a performance by global pop sensation Justin Bieber.

Earlier this year, the couple hosted a series of pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, attended by a star-studded guest list from around the world.
