Kuberaa OTT and Satellite Deals Fetch Half Of The Film’s Budget!

June 21, 2025: The much-anticipated socio-political thriller Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna, has hit theaters worldwide just hours ago. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Shekar Kammula, the film has already begun to generate a favorable buzz among audiences from the initial shows.

Kuberaa’s gripping narrative and powerful performances appear to be resonating well with viewers, with early reactions suggesting a strong opening. Bollywood actor Jim Sarbh features in a pivotal negative role, adding to the film’s star appeal.

Satellite and OTT Rights Sold for Huge Sum

In a major boost to the film’s commercial prospects, the satellite rights have been secured by the popular Telugu entertainment channel Star Maa, while the Amazon Prime Video platform has acquired the OTT streaming rights. Industry insiders report that these deals have collectively brought in approximately Rs 65 crore, nearly half of the film’s reported Rs 120 crore budget.

Kuberaa is produced by senior film producers Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under the banner of Shekar Kammula’s Amigos Creations. The music is composed by the popular and versatile Devi Sri Prasad, whose soundtrack is expected to complement the film’s intense themes.
