Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker Reunite for First Hallmark Christmas Movie Together
July 20, 2025: Hallmark Channel’s Christmas lineup just got a major boost — and fans are already buzzing. Beloved stars Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker are reuniting for their first-ever holiday movie together in seven years. The duo will headline “She’s Making a List,” one of the most anticipated premieres in Hallmark’s 2025 Countdown to Christmas.
Chabert (42) and Walker (46) last appeared together in the 2018 film My Secret Valentine. Now, they’re back with holiday magic, playful chemistry, and a heartwarming story that already has viewers counting the days.

The network shared the news with a teaser video showing the pair’s signature charm. “It’s my job to decide who’s been naughty,” Chabert says, with Walker jumping in: “Or nice. Like me… I’m basically a very tall nine-year-old.”
According to Hallmark, the film follows Isabel Haynes, a “Naughty or Nice” inspector assigned to evaluate 11-year-old Charlie Duncan. What begins as a routine case turns emotional when Isabel falls for Charlie’s widowed father, Jason Duncan (Walker). As Christmas approaches, Isabel finds herself torn between her strict holiday rules and following her heart.
Chabert called the reunion a joy: “Andrew brings so much heart, humor, and warmth to every role, and working with him again felt like coming home. I’m thrilled to finally do this one together.”
Walker echoed the sentiment: “What a gift it is to reunite with Lacey. She truly is the Queen of Christmas — her warmth and talent make everyone around her better.”
Jennifer Kramer, Hallmark Media’s VP of Programming, added, “Bringing Lacey and Andrew together for their first-ever Christmas movie is a dream come true. She’s Making a List has all the heart, humor, and holiday magic our fans crave.”
This marks Chabert’s 16th Christmas film and her 43rd Hallmark movie overall, following this fall’s Haul Out the Halloween. Meanwhile, Walker is also set to star in a new Three Wise Men movie with Tyler Hynes and Paul Campbell later this year.
For Chabert, it’s been a magical ride. “I never would’ve guessed that one movie would turn into this incredible journey,” she told PEOPLE. “I love Christmas — and I love making these movies.” Looks like this reunion will be the gift fans didn’t know they needed.
