Eagle-eyed fans earlier speculated the song title after observing an intriguing change in the capitalization of letters across Gaga’s songs on streaming platforms. When rearranged, the first letters of seven songs spelled “Disease.” Gaga further fueled the excitement by creating a Spotify playlist with those songs arranged in the order that spelled “Gaga Disease,” hinting at the upcoming release.

The new single is expected to drop on October 25, creating massive anticipation among her fanbase.
