“In light of all these magazines and blogs wanting me to be on Ozempic soooo bad— here’s the truth,” Lizzo wrote. “I work my ass off.”

She revealed her intense routine includes training three times a week, daily sauna sessions and cardio, and a return to animal protein in her diet. Lizzo also hired a personal chef to track her calorie intake and meal prep clean, balanced meals.

She’s cut out sugary drinks and salty snacks, but added with a wink, “I gave up alcohol… but I’m drinking again, ‘cause I earned it!”

Lizzo also swears by monthly detoxes, lymphatic massages, wood therapy, and holistic treatments — crediting spa expert Flávia Lanini for being a vital part of her journey.

Beyond the gym, Lizzo finds movement in pickleball, hiking, beach walks, and of course, dancing. “I’ve never regretted a workout,” she said. “Exercise is the best mood enhancer. I work out for mental health first.”

As for her diet, Lizzo detailed her typical meals in Women’s Health, where she’s also the latest cover star:

  • Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown.
  • Lunch: Shredded Thai chicken salad or tuna/chicken lettuce wraps.
  • Dinner (no later than 5 p.m.): Turkey meatloaf with cauliflower mash and green beans — a choice made to manage her GERD and improve digestion.

For snacks, it’s all about Greek yogurt, fruit, and honey.

Lizzo ended her post with confidence: “I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done — and no one can take that away from me.”

From gym time to gut health, Lizzo is living proof that wellness is personal, powerful, and best served with honesty.
