Mumbai, March 13: Indian audiences are in for a high-octane thriller as “Locked” gears up for its theatrical release on March 21. Starring Bill Skarsgård and Academy Award-winner Anthony Hopkins, the film promises edge-of-the-seat suspense with a gripping battle of survival.

A Psychological Face-Off Between Legends

Anthony Hopkins, known for his chilling portrayal of Hannibal Lecter, returns to familiar villainous territory, this time as a ruthless vigilante. Opposite him, Bill Skarsgård—famed for his terrifying role as Pennywise in IT—plays a petty thief trapped in a deadly mind game.

“Bill Skarsgård plays Eddie, a petty thief who breaks into a state-of-the-art luxury SUV, only to realize he has walked straight into a meticulously orchestrated trap. The vehicle’s owner—played by Anthony Hopkins—reveals himself as a self-proclaimed vigilante delivering his own twisted brand of justice. Seizing remote control, he transforms the car into a deadly prison where every decision is a matter of life and death. With no means of escape, Eddie must fight to survive in a ride where freedom is an illusion, survival is a nightmare, and justice shifts into high gear.”
