The jaw-dropping moment unfolded during the June 23 episode when the girls left for Casa Amor, and five new bombshells stormed the main villa, kicking off a fiery new round of recouplings, heartbreaks, and high drama.

Ariana Madix wasn’t exaggerating when she teased a never-before-seen twist on Love Island USA: Aftersun. On the June 23 episode, Casa Amor officially began with the girls exiting the main villa to explore new connections, leaving the boys behind — but not for long.

Soon, five new female bombshells made a grand entrance into the villa, turning up the heat. In a sizzling game to test chemistry, the girls each kissed the boys to sense potential matches. At the end of the round, Ariana shocked the islanders and viewers alike by announcing that everyone was now single, regardless of their past couplings — a complete reset meant to shake the villa to its core.

To kick off the new pairings, the girls had to stand by the boy they wished to couple up with. If more than one girl stood behind the same boy, the choice would be his to make.

Here’s how the new couplings played out in the main villa:

• Gracyn Blackmore chose Pepe García
• Vanna Einerson coupled up with Ace Greene
• CoCo Watson and Clarke Carraway both chose Taylor Williams
• Jaden Duggar paired with Austin Shepard
• TJ Palma and Nicolas Vansteenberghe were initially left single

Since Taylor had two women vying for him, he selected CoCo, leaving Clarke to choose between the remaining single guys. She ultimately picked Nic, sending TJ into the single pool.

Ariana reminded TJ that he now had 24 hours to make a connection with one of the new bombshells — or face the risk of being dumped from the island.

Meanwhile, over at Casa Amor, the girls engaged in a similar game to stir chemistry with the new male bombshells. At the end of the challenge, the men made their selections:

• Elan Bibas coupled with Cierra Ortega
• Zak Srakaew and Chris Seeley both picked Chelley Bissainthe
• Zac Woodworth paired with Iris Kendall
• Bryan Arenales selected Andreina Santos

That left Amaya Espinal and Olandria Carthen single. Since Chelley had two suitors, she had to choose — and picked Chris Seeley, leaving Zak to select between Amaya and Olandria. He ultimately chose Olandria, making Amaya the odd one out.

Like TJ, Amaya now has 24 hours to create a spark with someone new or risk elimination.
